In His New Role Ken Will Manage the Enterprise Sales Team Which Will Look After GCIs Key Corporate Customers

With over 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry Ken has built up a reputation for Sales Excellence bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge to GCI.


Ken has been successful in managing long-term consultative relationships and delivering first class business solutions to his clients over the duration of his career.

In his new role Ken will manage the Enterprise Sales team which will look after GCIs Key Corporate Customers, Ken comments: ‘The vision of the team is to provide a collaborative approach, working with GCI customers to evaluate and develop value based solutions across the whole of GCIs product range. This includes our Data, Cloud and Voice services. We aim to develop our Account Plans to add value in line with the customers’ needs and to ensure we bring the full benefits of partnering with cutting edge technology provider to their organisation.’

Over the next year Ken plans on rolling a series of seminars and workshops designed to aid customers in their decision making process and demonstrate the functionality and bundling options of products within the GCI portfolio.

Ken continues, ‘I am passionate about fully understanding what’s important to our customers and what drives their businesses forward, we intend to evolve with their needs and make our solutions easy to implement and manage.’
