What is Flexible IT Support?
Delivering the ultimate flexibility in terms of IT Managed Services, you will pay an annual fee and then pre-pay for a number of support hours which can be purchased up front or through a regular subscription.
This is designed to extend your internal IT capability both in terms of skillsets and hours of operation. We’ll be behind your team, providing help on difficult issues and/or technology areas where your skillset may not be as comprehensive.
There are no limitations in terms of technologies covered and can be called upon on your terms. Our market-leading Infrastructure and Security Monitoring services are also included in this package, with alerts directed at your teams and/or ours in- and out-of-hours as you see fit.
