And, considering the inevitability of change in business today, GCI also boasts a customer-friendly and flexible returns process.
Licensing can be an obstacle for even the most IT savvy customer, and that’s why we’ll offer additional support during this process. Through our collective knowledge of licensing and our training on our partner vendor’s compliances, our Partner Managers are able to advise on exactly what you need and the correct way to license each product.
Our established relationships with market-leading vendors give us access to special bids and purchasing arrangements. Customers working to a tight budget or requiring special delivery arrangements can call on stock as and when they choose rather than having to take total delivery in one go, perfect for those wanting to take advantage of bulk order offers without necessarily having the space or current requirements. We also offer customers the chance to have PCs and laptops pre-configured in our purpose-built configuration room, extending to ‘imaging’ for larger orders and in-house builds of hardware which can be shipped to site ready to plug-in and use.
