With the Service Desk open from 07:30 to 18:30, we hope to capture your core business hours, and for those who want that little bit extra, we’re working on 24x7 support coming soon in 2013. Our tiered SLA reflects the need to prioritise in business, as we deal with your issues in order of priority, noting those that require more urgent attention and assigning them a faster response time.
TRANSPARENCY - As your partner, we want things to be transparent. We give you the ability to create, view and trace support tickets through our dedicated portal. Here you’ll be able to locate issues and read through the important notes and progress of the issue. Your Partner Manager will also be able to provide you with regular reports to show you what we’re up to or visit you to discuss your account.
RESPONSIBILITY - Let us do the talking. If you feel uncomfortable, or simply don’t have the time, we’re happy to speak to third party suppliers on your behalf, whether it’s your Internet Service Provider, an issue with a third party application or a warranty query.
FLEXIBILITY - We appreciate that every individual business has individual needs, that’s why we’ve made our support offering as flexible as possible. We can either act as your outsourced IT department or dovetail with your existing IT department in a second-tier capacity. Or if you’re after something more tailored, like server-only support, we can provide that too. We’ll even let you pay monthly, quarterly or annually.
