Tony is responsible for the integration and automation of tools and systems at GCI. His functional responsibility embraces software development and systems administration combined with business led transformation. His role is to make selling easier by innovating and re-innovating to create accuracy, efficiency and a right first time process flow.

He has over 30 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry and an in-depth knowledge of managing all aspects of service and sales operations activities including motivating and developing teams of Pre-Sales experts and System Developers, Tony has a wealth of commercial and customer service experience.
