GCI announce attendance at VODG Annual Conference 2018
14 August 2018
GCI will be exhibiting at The Voluntary Organisation Disability Group’s yearly event.
The Annual Conference takes place on 17th September 2018 and offers a chance to engage with Not-for-Profit organisations from across the VODG membership, who provide services to over one million disabled people, promoting independence, choice and control.
GCI will be on-hand to discuss how the use of technology can help make much-needed cost savings, safeguard payment gateways, streamline efficiencies, and empower staff to work securely from anywhere. With statistics showing that 64% of Not-for-Profit CFOs feeling they would be able to cut operating costs by up to 20% through adoption of Cloud-based technology, as well as highlighting that the industry’s top security concerns include weak passwords, outdated software and insecure payment processors, it is clear that the sector is keen to embrace change in the form of digital transformation.
An in-depth knowledge of the Not-for-Profit industry - including its concerns and considerations – makes Converged ICT Services Provider GCI well-placed to offer advice, having been trusted to deploy a best-of-breed, Cloud-based Contact Centre solution for housing and homeless charity Shelter, as well as completing numerous award-winning projects for learning disabilities charity, Dimensions.
