GCI provides IT support services to JoJo Maman Bébé
Works alongside IT team at 700-strong, 100-store leading boutique mother and baby brand to provide additional scale, expertise and management of licensing

Converged ICT Services Provider GCI has announced it is providing IT support services to JoJo Maman Bébé – a leading boutique mother and baby brand with 100+ stores across the UK, Ireland and the USA.
The retailer already has a skilled in-house team supporting its internal IT infrastructure and 700 global employees. However, JoJo selected Managed Services specialist GCI to act as an extension of their team, providing a flexible support service which includes 24/7 support. Based on the ServiceNow platform, this provides full visibility and seamless incident handling, and acts as an escalation point for any questions or issues that arise providing the JoJo team with additional scale and expertise when needed.
GCI is also providing SANs and hosting for their ERP system and core Warehouse management application, Microsoft Navision which required modifications to ensure the infrastructure provides the required performance. This has resulted in fault-tolerant centralised storage that can process high volumes of data in an extremely resilient environment, in order to minimise downtime.
JoJo Maman Bébé has also chosen to migrate its existing Microsoft Office 365 licenses to GCI’s CSP (Cloud Service Provider) licensing for sustained continuity and escalation support should an incident occur with the Microsoft Office 365 platform. Furthermore, its EA (Enterprise Agreement) licensing agreement has also moved to GCI’s SPLA (Service Provider Licensing Agreement) in order to increase JoJo’s flexibility with monthly auditing and usage billing.
Jonathon Dawes, IT Manager at JoJo Maman Bébé said, “Having GCI’s knowledge and skillset as an extension of our own team has been invaluable. It is great to know we have the expert advice and support we require 24/7 and we don’t have to worry about the day-to-day running and support of the infrastructure. Our mission is to be the leading global mother and baby brand and we’re confident we have the best technology partner to support us in this journey!”
