TALK, GCI’s hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) is a cost-effective, highly scalable Unified Communications solution that provides users with all the benefits of a traditional telephone system, plus an extensive set of rich collaboration features including call recording, video conferencing, screen sharing, mobile integration and multi-media analytics, for a seamless user experience.
Delivered via a subscription-based, ‘per-user, per-month’ model, TALK removes the need for significant capital expenditure. Users can choose from a softphone, a handset - or both - offering total flexibility for both office-based and mobile employees. Additionally, GCI offer a number of UK landline and UK mobile calling and SIM bundles that include data and unlimited UK minutes and texts.

Further features are available via add-on licences, covering a broad range of UC functionalities, such as unlimited Mifid II Compliant call recording, advanced analytics including wall boards, call logs and live system alerts.
