GCI Team Descend Upon Hotel Xenia in London for GCIs First Ever Sales Conference

On September 25th the GCI team descended upon Hotel Xenia in London for GCIs first ever sales conference.


Headed by Ross Cooper, founding Director of CommsXChange and Sales Director of New Business at GCI, the events purpose was  to align GCIs sales teams with a single strategic goal aimed at driving organic growth for the GCI group. The event also highlighted and rewarded successes and sales excellence within the teams.

Vodafone Platinum Partner CommsXchange have been a dominant force in the mobile industry since 2013 and they became GCIs 19th acquisition in a multi-million pound deal last September. The new role sees Cooper using his entrepreneurial experience to, in his words, ‘supercharge’ the direct new business sales strategy.

Cooper commented, ‘We have plans to be a serious force in the Comms and ICT sector delivering small to high end enterprise solutions with unrivalled levels of support, consultancy and service. It’s a straightforward formula for us and everyone within the business is focused on delivering results. Every one of the GCI force is working towards a common objective. This, and the performance of all 250-plus GCI team members, will be the key to achieving all of our targets and ambitions as a business.’

Moving forward, the teams key focus is to bring together the whole GCI Salesforce in a single goal to ensure the sales teams are highly focused on addressing multi-solution opportunities across GCIs client base.
