GCI launch News Channel

We are delighted to announce the launch of GCI’s News Channel. Our aim is to provide our customers regular updates. An eclectic and we hope informative mix of GCI happenings, service roadmap updates, market intelligence, opinion pieces and guest speaker slots. Our pilot broadcast is a 4-minute snapshot of the last 3 months.


To support our news channel, GCI is also be producing a series of GCI Quick Guides… normally of 90 seconds (ish) duration. These are designed to simplify and demystify some of the solutions we offer. A great example is the set we have just completed for our Payment Card Industry solution (PCI).

Just to explain, anyone taking credit card payments must adhere to PCI Data Security Standard (DSS). Although this becomes a legal requirement in 2017, only 13% of Contact Centres are currently compliant. Why’s that important to you? Well, the financial penalties for non-compliance or breach are eye-wateringly huge, and the reputational damage even more so. We can explain your options in plain English.
