Phil has earned his stripes over a 20 year career in Telco, MSP and ITO worlds, during which he has held pretty much every position from Network Engineer, Project/Programme Management, Operational Directorship to CIO and COO with senior appointments at Easynet, Capgemini and CGI before joining GCI as Chief Operating Officer.

Phil firmly believes that our ability to deliver a great end-to-end customer experience from first engagement through to in-life support is the key to our success. He believes the team at GCI is primed and ready to take things to the next level, and is very much looking forward to leading the evolution and developing of the people, processes and systems that underpin this.
