Rachael leads the service part of the organisation that encompasses our service desks across all technology towers, problem management, change management, field engineering, order and project Management, and service delivery management.

With over eighteen years’ experience in the design, provision, support and management of communications Infrastructure, Rachael is responsible for the end to end delivery of all GCI orders through to handover to business as usual. She is extremely customer focused and expects her team to meet the high standards first time, every time.
